I’m Adriana Modersitzki.

I started recruiting in 2009. Every day, I’d review dozens of resumes, interview a full roster of jobseekers and present shortlisted candidates to my clients. Finally, after years of this, I made my own career move to help job seekers better communicate their value. 

In 2016, I founded Elite and wrote our very first resume at my dining table. Since then, The Elite Collective has delivered thousands of documents that have changed the lives and careers of Australian jobseekers. We’ve carved out a reputation as the ‘go-to’ for government applications and Defence partners, and we’ve expanded our service offering.

We’ve launched our Talent Community, where we support ambitious professionals contracting to Federal government departments. I also enjoy  coaching other Resume Writers to grow their businesses and raise the standard of the work they deliver.

When you engage a writing service, we book a 30-minute phone consult to nail down what makes your application unique. We issue your invoice, and when this is paid, we begin writing, returning your draft documents in 5 – 7 days. After you review them, we book another phone call with you. Our collaborative review process allows us to discuss what we’ve done, make changes on the spot with you, and answer your questions.

We offer a 5 – 7 day turnaround on most documents, because this gives us the time to speak with you and get those juicy details that make your application stand out from the crowd. 

If you need a document written faster than this, let us know here and if we have the capacity to support you we will let you know within 24 hours. 

At times, we can accommodate a three-day turnaround. This is not a standard offering, we only make it available when we are confident it will not compromise your work, or our existing clients. There is a rush fee of 25% applicable to this turnaround time.
